Who we are

Jason Hub ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data we collect about you when you visit our website or use the Service.

What we collect and why

• Account & contact data (e.g. email address) — to deliver access to the Service and respond to support requests. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Support messages — to investigate and resolve your inquiries. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Usage and device data (e.g. pages visited, browser, IP address) — to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud, and improve the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing communications — only if you opt in. Legal basis: consent.

Payment data is collected and processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record; we do not see or store your full card details.

Who we share data with

• Service providers and subprocessors (hosting, analytics, support tooling)
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where reasonably necessary
• Authorities where required by applicable law

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or recognized adequacy decisions.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We will respond to requests within the time required by law (typically one month).

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your personal data.
