Terms of Service

1. Who you're contracting with

These Terms are an agreement between you and Jason Hub ("Jason Hub", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Jason Hub website or service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

Jason Hub provides lifetime access to a curated digital resource hub, including guides, templates, and tools that we update from time to time. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: unlawful activity, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, attempting to interfere with security, probing or scanning the Service, or scraping content without permission.

4. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, and documentation that make up the Service are owned by Jason Hub or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits.

5. Payments and orders

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
