How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Jason Hub orders.

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and request a refund, or
  3. Email support@jason-hub.com with your order details and we'll help.
